What does Ceylon black tea taste like?

Ceylon black tea is bright and brisk rather than malty — a full-bodied, clean cup with enough structure to drink straight or to carry milk. Grown at highland altitude, it brews best at 100°C for three to five minutes; a longer steep gives a bolder, more tannic cup.
