Not commissionable
Freight, shipping, sales tax, returns, credits, discounts, free samples, damaged-product allowances, chargebacks, and unpaid invoices. Prices below $2.05 per box require explicit written management approval. The $25 activation bonus requires net collected product revenue above zero, and is reversed if the qualifying order is later returned, refunded or credited in full. Orders for the same customer that are placed together, or divided so that they fall below a pricing threshold, are aggregated for pricing and commission purposes at Serendex’s discretion.

The complete commission matrix

The rate is set by the sales channel and the stage of the order — not by the case count within a channel. Price per box improves as an order grows, and within the same channel and order stage a larger order never earns a lower percentage. Rates do differ between channels, and approved distributor pricing carries its own rates.
